Hello Everyone,

I think this would be my last post for this month, I feel guilty that I fell behind the target of posting 2 blogs per week, I am sorry for that. On the other hand however, I enjoy being a student blogger for the month of MAY, many thanks to Will who is the teacher blogger for this month as well, I have learn a lot, and also to all Buddies that have posted comments at the bottom of my posts, overwhelmed reading those.

Part 2 of my weekends habit hitting a fish market, last week I also went to the market but this time I did'nt go straight up to it. I got up a bit earlier than 5:30 and do some exercise by running a 5kms back and forth along the shore.Anyway skip to fish market again, here what I have got...Fish n Crabs.

Filipinos I have to say loves eating seafoods, either fish or the other kind of seafoods such as, crabs, squids, shrimps you name it. I have made one of the Filipino recipes in cooking crabs, I hope you'll like it We call it " Ginataang Alimasag".

No need to do lot of effort to have it done just a 30 mins exercise. First you have to dry up the crabs by frying them in a medium size frying pan. While waiting for the orange color appearance of them, prepare the veges that you want to incorporate there's no rules in choosing veges by the way. In this recipe I have put in cubed squash, 2 inches chopped sitaw's , pechay, and some chillis mixed them with coconut milk and thats it. I am not sure you'd like by looking only at the picture but I must say this is the kind of Filipino recipe that you would'nt forget once you've eaten it with white rice..Here's another one Fried cheeri fish should be prepared on the table with chopped tomatoes and a cup of soy sauce with a drops of lemon.

Hope you like my presentation of two of our recipes guys. Again I personally say thank you to everyone and to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Learning english team and mostly to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ for letting me part of a blogger student category. I promise I'll keep in touch.

    Hi Lito
The dishes on your photographs look delicious. I love sea-food. I just have a breakfast (it is 8 am in Samara), but, if somebody offered me one of them right now, I wouldn’t be able to resist.
I see you love cooking, but what do you love more cooking or eating? I know many people who love cooking and do it very well but they dislike eating theirs dishes.

    Hey Lito and everyone!

Lito, thank you for your post! The photos are so vivid that it seems to me I can smell the crabs--I love them very much :).

And thank you for all of your posts--full of colours thanks to the photos and the beauty of Bohol. Good luck to you!

Good stuff, sorry to hear that it's your last blog post, I would have liked to read more of your post looking at the content you have to offer, totally believe you have what it takes to be a student blogger on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, I would say consider sparing another thought about it.

    Hi Lito!

These dishes really seems to be mouth watering. I love fish. Eating fish and vegetables is a more healthier diet than eating only meat with meat as it is a habit in the most Hungarian families. But to tell the truth I have never eaten crabs and other sea foods, shells.
I'm sorry because you'll leave. I hadn't known anything about the Filippinos before I began to read your blog. It can be a wonderful country with sea and dolphins and sun-shine. Thanks for the posts and good bye,

    Virag

Lito, it's been great reading your blogs, though haven't been a regular commentator but have read all your posts. The fish and crab look so scrumptious and I must try them.

    Hi Lito,

I have to confess, I don't like seafood. But sometimes I enjoy a good fish. Maybe I will try your second recipe.

    Hi Lito,

Your dishes look very colourful and mouth watering. To be honest, I have never tried crab before but looking at these pictures make me realise that I should try it at least once to see how it taste like.

I would like to thank you for all your posts, I enjoyed them all. I am sure everybody learnt something about your country. The beauty of blogging here is that we not only practice our English here but we also learn about other cultures.

I don't want to say good bye as hopefully you will be here commenting on other students blogs.

    All the best

    Hi Kababayan (Compatriot) Lito!

It's nice to know that you've shown and shared some of the beautiful things in our country Philippines. I really like your pictures---Boracay, the tarsier in Bohol and the food. It's sad to say that your time being the student blogger has already ended. Well I think what you've done is indeed remarkable you let our country be known to everyone here in ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½. Thank you for inspiring me to write (because I am a frustrated writer) and continue writing. Let the world read your writings!

    Hi Lito,
What a coincidence but your last post is my first time on a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ blog. I hope this one won't be the last.
In anyway, I´m from Spain and we have a lot of kind of fishes and different ways to cook them (all of them savories). However, a good fish with tomatoes and lemon juice is one of the best ways to taste it, especially if you are eating it next to the sea.
Thank you for your fantastic comments.
    All the best,
