Islamic Secondary School for Girls
The
school is under the management of the Gloucester Muslim Welfare
Association, a fully-registered UK charity, dependent solely on
fees and contributions from donors.
This
school provides a high standard secular and Islamic education, with
particular emphasis on spiritual and moral development based on
Islamic teachings.
Islamic
advice service
The
school provides an Islamic advice service on important Islamic issues
such as marriage, death, birth, inheritance, women's rights and
divorce.
It
also arranges conferences on current Islamic topics, with non-Muslims
welcomed to gain Islamic knowledge and awareness.
This
is the only Islamic School for Girls in the south west. Students
come from as far away as Bristol, Swindon and Worcester to attend.
