Jen, who has adenomyosis & endometriosis, explains how these conditions impacted her life. She underwent a hysterectomy at the age of 34 and she wants to raise awareness of the conditions.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Naga Munchetty, she said: 鈥淚 decided to come off the contraceptive pill, I鈥檝e been on it for 22 years because that鈥檚 what I was told would 鈥榮ort me out鈥�.鈥�

鈥淲hat was happening during a week to two weeks of the month suddenly became every single day. I couldn鈥檛 see a life beyond pain anymore. I had to give up my career, I had my own business for nine years.鈥�
