Thanks for all the comments; everything you wrote was amazing. In these days I'm going to tell you more about me and my City, and I want to show you some places that you can visit if some day you come.

It's really nice to know that people who lives really far away from here remember Mexico'86, I was a kid when that happen, but everybody here remember well that days, I just seen pictures about that.

Emat, you have to try writing it's a good experience, and you're going to learn more, I have been studied for a long time but my problem was that I never practiced so I forget words, but practicing is the solution.

A comment that makes me surprised comes from Elisabeth from Austria.... First I have to say I'm not an uncovered Austrian! Jaja I'm 100% Mexican girl. Well here my name it's not common and here the diminutive of Maria its Mary.

I have a little story about my name... one day I asked my mom where did you get my name, what's the meaning for and where it's come from? And she said "when I was pregnant the name came to my head, and I told to your father, I want to name the baby Mitzi, so they started looking the name in books, and one day they found that comes from Vienna and meaning Maria".

For a long time a lot of people asked me the meaning, but I never was sure about it, because I never found more information, and now I know more about my name that's really good, finally I can say more than a simple Maria, Thanks for telling me that.

I look forward reading you're comments.

    Hi Mitzi,
people living far away from your country remember Mexico'86. Can you imagine how far they live? Have you ever heard about Bangladesh? Do you know anyhting about her? I remember it because we, whole the nation, are crazy about football. But, it's surprising that we're not well-known for football to the world, even to ASIA. But, who cares? We're coming up in the world of cricket. If you like cricket, I'm sure we're well-known to you.
Thanks for the blog that you've posted immediately after the first one. It's really nice. I think you're quite energetic. And, it proves that you're really more than a simple Maria. Look forward to your next blog.
    Ashish, Bangladesh.

    Hi Mitzi,

    - Brazil was discovered in 1500 by Portuguece conquerors. We have a latin culture because the Spanish sailors were here too. I´m telling this short history because despite of the Portuguese have had discovered my country we have a lot of habits in common but our main language is Brazilian Portuguese. Everybody knows the Mexican history and its relationship with the USA. So, I´d like to knows if Mexican people knows how to speak in English like a second language or no. There are a lot of American company stablished in Mexico and I think to myself that American´s culture always were present in Mexican culture.

    Is it true?

Your blog reminds me about the World Cup Mexico 1986, where Argentina football team got the trophy and the striker Maradona become a legend. It was the first time I watched football matches on television and fell in love with it till now. Among football players of Mexican team, I'm impressive to Blanco due to his specific performance on the field called scorpion way, picking a ball with two legs across rivals and scoring. Currently, Mexico qualified for World Cup 2010 in South Africa and has a lot of good players, one of them is young talent player Hernandez, which is playing for Manchester United football club next season.

    Hi Mitzi,
thanks for your advise, ok, why not, if you think so I'll try to write as soon as I'll be able to manage with Tenses of the verb forms and passive voice, at least. Just two month ago when I was still underestimating so great importance to TENSES' in the sentences I felt myself much happier than now, you know :) Very difficult things, even though very beautifull language and English is my beloved foreign one.
Happy Mother's Day, Mitzi ! I learnt from your blog that yesterday Mexico has celebrated Mother's day.
    Best wishes,
    Emat.
