Do you see?

Dear Jinghua and friends,

I loved the film 'Avatar'. Such amazing beauty. I also loved the use of the phrase 'I see you.' in the film to suggest love. This was 'poetic license' as we wouldn't normally use that phrase to suggest that, but it works and is very evocative. It reminds me of the lyrics from one of my favourite songs by British band Keane called 'You don't see me' -

Once again, an easy job for me as teacher! So few mistakes! Zhangjiajie sounds lovely. You say - "Everyday its beautiful scenery which attracts many tourists come here." Better to say "Every day its beautiful scenery attracts many tourists who come here."

Of the Mother and Child cliff, you say "it looks like a mother holding her child before her chest."; we would say "it looks like a mother holding her child to her chest (or breast)".

I was inspired by your description of this beautiful place to search for one of the photos I took whilst visiting friends in Scotland. It's of Loch Tay, which may not have all the peaks of Zhangjiajie, but to me is so beautiful - serene and full of different colours as the day changes. I hope you like it.

    Hello Sean,

it's nice to read your blog. Yes I loved the film Avatar too. It was well done and made so emotional that I went angry and sad when bad guys started to fire the tree where those people lived. It was an excelent movie.

    Best Regards

    Dear Sean,

    Thanks for writing the blog.

The picture which you have uploaded has lovely scenery. Would like to explain more about the picture.

The blue sky in the picture look amazing with the grey cloud on the surface of the blue sky makes it very natural. The lush green patch beneath the mountain gives a pure refreshing feeling. While the blueness of the river shows how pacifying it would be. Loved to visit the place.
