Debut at the 蜜芽传媒 Proms
The 蜜芽传媒 Scottish Orchestra made its first appearance at the 蜜芽传媒 Proms on 20 August 1962, in a programme that included the World Premiere of Thea Musgrave’s The Phoenix and the Turtle and Tchaikovsky’s Second Symphony. The conductor was Norman Del Mar (principal conductor from 1960-1965).
