The first rehearsal of the newly-created ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Scottish Orchestra took place in Edinburgh. Its first broadcast, on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s National Network, took place on 3 December, conducted by the orchestra’s founder, Ian Whyte.
