Ro-theasaich an àmhainn gu 220C/200C fan. Cuir am pana dhan àmhainn fhad 's a tha thu ag ullachadh na taoise.

Dòirt an taois dhan phana agus cuir am pana air ais dhan àmhainn sa bhad.

Leig leis fuarachadh beagan mus cuir thu dustadh de shiùcair pùdair air. Gabh le sùbhan-làir, iogart agus siorap mhaplais.

3 large eggs
1 tbsp caster sugar
150g full fat milk
100g plain flour
25g unsalted butter
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp grated nutmeg
Pinch of salt

To serve
Strawberries
Yoghurt
Maple syrup
Icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 220C, 200C Fan. Put your pan into the oven whilst you prepare the batter.

Beat the eggs with the caster sugar until light and frothy.

Whisk in the milk, flour, vanilla, salt, grated nutmeg and beat to a thin smooth batter.

Remove the pan from the oven and quickly melt butter in the pan and swirl around the pan.

Pour the batter into the pan and quickly return the pan to the oven.

Bake until puffed and golden, this will take about 18 – 20 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar, serve with strawberries, yoghurt and maple syrup.
