Measgaich an coirce, na cnòthan-pèacain, na h-àlmoin, an t-siorap mhaplais, an t-ìm cnòtha-talmhainn, an t-sìol chia, a' bhrìgh bhanila, bloigh salainn, an ola chnò-còco agus an caineal.
Measgaich gu math.
Cuir na tha sa bhobhla dhan treidhe agus sgaoil a-mach chun na h-oirean.
Cuir dhan àmhainn airson 30 mionaidean gus an tig dath òir air agus gus am fàs e criospach.
Thoir às an àmhainn agus leig leis fuarachadh.
Aon uair 's gu bheil e air fuarachadh, cuir ann an sileagan airson a stòradh.

Cuir an coirce ann am pana leis a' bhainne, am bùrn agus an salann.
Cuir am pana air teas meadhanach àrd. Bruich gus am fàs e uachdaireach. 'S dòcha gum bi e a' coimhead tioram an-toiseach ach faodar barrachd bainne a chuir ris nuair a thòisicheas e a' bruich.
Measgaich agus leig leis bruich airson dhà no trì mhionaidean.
Cuir ann am bobhla le na h-ùbhlan bruich air am fuarachadh.
Cuir spainean de iogart ris agus beagan dhen ghranola air a mhuin. Sgeadaich le crathadh de chaineal.
APPLE CRUMBLE PORRIDGE
Caramelized Apples
2 green apples, chopped
Maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Drizzle of vanilla extract
A few small knobs of butter
Chop the apples leaving the skins on.
Place in a frying pan and place on the hob on a medium heat.
Add the butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Allow the ingredients to start to heat, covering the apples with the mixtures whilst stirring.
Allow apples to start bubbling for a few minutes.

Peanut butter
Cinnamon
Maple syrup
Salt
Chopped pecans
Whole almonds
Chia seeds
Vanilla extract
Coconut oil, heated until it has melted
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pre-heat the oven to 150C fan.
Mix together, the oats, chopped pecans, whole almonds, maple syrup, peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, coconut oil and cinnamon. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture onto the lined and spread to the edges.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes until the mixture browns and starts to crispen.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, transfer to a storage jar.
Porridge (Makes 2 servings)
1 cup of porridge oats
½ cup of milk
½ cup of water
Condensed milk (optional)
A good pinch of salt
Natural yoghurt to serve.
Place the porridge oats into a saucepan, add ½ cup milk and ½ cup cold water and pinch of salt.
Place the pan on the hob on a medium heat. Cook until it becomes creamy. It may look dry to start but you can add more milk, once it starts cooking.
Whilst stirring, allow to cook for a few minutes.
Place in a serving bowl, and add a layer of the cooled, cooked apples.
Add a few spoons of natural yoghurt and finally a little of the granola on top. Top with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
