AÇAÍ BOWL
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup milk
1 tsp Açaí powder
1 tsp peanut butter
Nuts and seeds

Put the frozen bananas and frozen blueberries into a blender, add the milk along with the Açaí powder and blitz to a creamy consistency and making sure the banana has incorporated.
To serve, first put a layer of granola in the bottom of a serving glass, next put a layer of the açaí and repeat before finishing off with toppings of your choice. We used a sliced banana, fresh strawberries, granola, peanut butter and a few nuts.
