Cuir na currain, na h-ubhlan agus an coirce ann am bobhla mòr.
Cuir am bainne, an iogart, a' bhrìgh bhanila, na sultanas, na sìl chia, an t-siorap mhaplais, an caineal agus a' chnò-mheannt ris.
Measgaich còmhla.
Cuir ann an sileagain fa leth, feadhainn le mullaich orra, a' fàgail beagan rùm sa mhullach airson na thogras tu a chuir air a mhuin.
Cuir na sileagain dhan frids tron oidhche, no co-dhiù airson 4 uairean a thìde.

Cuir làn a spàin de iogart air a mhuin, le granola (a chaidh ullachadh ro-làimh) airson beagan cagnaidh.
Cuir cnòthan air an gearradh air am muin le crathadh de chaineal.
CARROT CAKE BIRCHER MUESLI
Makes 4 servings
2 cups almond milk
3 cups rolled oats
1½ cups grated carrot
3 apples, peeled and grated
1 cup of yoghurt
¼ cup sultanas
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ ground nutmeg
To serve
Yoghurt
Granola
Chopped nuts
Cinnamon
Put the grated carrots, apples and rolled oats into a large bowl.
Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla extract, sultanas, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Mix the ingredients through.
Spoon into individual serving jars, like mason jars that can be sealed, leaving a little room at the top, for adding a topping of your choice.
Place the jars in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the fridge and the contents a good stir.
Add a spoonful of yoghurt on top, with some granola (prepared earlier), for crunch.
Add some chopped nuts on top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
