Cuir na bananas ann an inneal-bleithidh, cuide ris an t-ìm chnò-àlmoin. Cuir am pùdar còco, an salann, na sìl chia, am bainne agus na deitichean ris.
Bleith còmhla gus am bi e mìn, a' cur tuilleadh bainne ris ma tha feum air, a' dèanamh cinnteach gu bheil an deoch mìn is tiugh. Measgaich gus dèanamh cinnteach nach eil cnapan ann.
Cuir deigh ann an dà ghlainne agus dòirt an smoothie annta.
Sgeadaich le sùbhagan agus dustadh de phùdar còco.
CHOCOLATE AND DATE SMOOTHIE
Makes 2 smoothies
4 dates
2 frozen banana
1 spoonful almond butter
1 cup milk
1 – 2 tsp Chia seeds
2 tsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Ice cubes
Raspberries to decorate
Place the bananas in a blender, along with almond butter. Add cocoa powder, salt, Chia seeds, milk and dates.
Blend together until smooth, adding more milk if necessary for a smooth and think consistency. Stir through to make sure that it is smooth.
Put some ice cubes into serving glasses and pour the smoothie into the glasses.
Decorate with raspberries and a dusting of cocoa powder.
