I hope that in the future I can be the kind of boss I'd like to work for
Andy

He applied for BYOB to attempt to further the business and grow it at a much faster rate than he would have been able to, had he not been able to take part in this competition.

He also wants to meet Richard Reed, a great inspiration to all young entrepreneurs, and maybe get some thoughts from him on the business.

Andy believes that "the key to a successful business is a happy workplace, and to achieve this you have to make sure people feel they are valued no matter what their job. Everyone needs some praise now and again for a job well done. I hope that in the future I can be the kind of boss I'd like to work for."

Young entrepreneurs are the future for the economy
Jacob

He applied for BYOB because he thought it was a great opportunity to tell the world about The Lazy Camper and get some great advice off the man himself, Richard Read.

Jacob guest speaks where he can and hopes that in five years he will have a whole range of successful businesses. He would like to get the chance to inspire many other people starting up or thinking of starting up in business.

The co-founder of the Lazy Camper believes that "young entrepreneurs are the future for the economy. It’s our job to create great places to work, employ a load of people and get spending on the up. It’s also our time to relight the enthusiasm in the last generation of experienced businesses and entrepreneurs".
